Our Mission
We seek to activate the voices of little women through virtual coaching, mentorship, and teaching the art of public speaking.
We are building confidence in little women to become leaders, activists and change agents of tomorrow.

Gwen loves riding horses. She has been a peer rider which feeds her desire to help children with special needs feel loved and supported. She is a strong advocate for her little brother, a loyal friend, loves to sing, dance, sew and crochet. She brings light and joy everywhere she goes.
Miss Dharyle, who is a Rhosebud, plays golf, softball, soccer, attends Saturday Science Academy and is in the STEAM magnet at school. She loves hanging with friends and family, dressing up, styling people, watching baking shows, drawing, babysitting and teaching little kids. She is interested in art, social justice advocacy, history, journalism and music production.
Charlotte Rose is creative and inspiring with her perseverance to accomplish her goals when she puts her mind to something. She is a true artist. Her medium is using items that would normally be discarded to make something beautiful or useful.
Sydney is dedicated to whatever she puts her mind to. This dedication has lead her to becoming a red belt in Kung Fu San Soo, progressing quickly through piano class, and having meaningful friendships. In her spare time, she will grab her sketchbook and draw for hours. She pushes herself to get better every time the pencil meets the paper.
Kordy Jane enjoys playing Roblox, dolls, sketching and playing Just Dance with her siblings. She also enjoys baking cookies with her mom and making herself scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Bonnie is a bubbling bright light that reflects wherever she goes. She enjoys being a multi-layered, self-taught artist which includes drawing, dancing, painting, piano, guitar playing, and 3D creations. Bonnie stays active by riding her skateboard, bike riding, rollerblading, and playing basketball. Bonnie’s inner bright light is a reflection of her faith in God.
Ava has a brilliant mind with a well of thoughts and questions. As the tallest amongst her peers, I always tell her to walk upright and own the space she walks in with her unique view from the top. She and my other two daughters drive my vision behind LWS! I’m grateful I get to train up this young mind and spirit!
